Handle a single cell selection.

Parameters:

model - Underlying GridData model.

uiRowIndex - Index of row as seen in the UI

uiColumnIndex - Index of the column as seen in the UI

isShiftKeyDown - True if the shift key is pressed.

isControlKeyDown - True if the control key is pressed.

Returns:

true if the selections have changed.
