    Returns a new Transition for the given arguments. If isFromMemoryCache is {@code true} or isFirstImage is {@code false}, returns a NoTransition and otherwise returns a new ViewTransition.
    
    Parameters:
    
    dataSource - The com.mobwith.imgmodule.load.DataSource the resource was loaded from.
    
    isFirstResource - True if this is the first resource to be loaded into the target.
