public class NotEqualIgnoreCase<T>
extends PathSpecification<T>
implements LocaleAware

Filters with not equal where-clause (e.g. where firstName <> "Homer").

Supports multiple field types: strings, numbers, booleans, enums, dates.

If the field type is string or enum, the where-clause is case insensitive
