Debug	This class has debug constants which can be used by the Framework implementation and Adaptor implementations
FrameworkDebugOptions	The DebugOptions implementation class that allows accessing the list of debug options specified for the application as well as creating DebugTrace objects for the purpose of having dynamic enablement of debug tracing.
