Class Summary

NotReadyAppender	Log4j appender to watch the startup process and report progress through the NotReadyValve.
NotReadyFilter	A simple filter that will return 503 ( Service unavailable ) until the setReady(true) is called.
NotReadyManager	A simple MBean which calls the NotReadyFilter class to set the application ready or not.
