extends AbstractCASProtocolAction<TicketValidationRequest,TicketValidationResponse>

Ensures that a service ticket validation request that specifies renew=true matches the renew flag on the ticket that is presented for validation. Possible outcomes:

• null on success
• ticketNotFromRenew
• renewIncompatibleWithProxy
