Class	Description
CanonicalUsernameLookupStrategy	Function that returns a principal name from one of two places: a SubjectCanonicalizationContext child of the root context or a SessionContext.
LogoutContextSessionLookupFunction	A function that returns a session from a LogoutContext and removes it from that context at the same time.
SessionContextIDLookupFunction	A function that returns the session ID from the session inside a SessionContext.
SessionContextPrincipalLookupFunction	A function that returns the principal name from the session inside a SessionContext.
