        Creates a batch.
        Returns:
        a batch.

        BatchContext resumeBatch​(B batch)
        Resumes a batch. Used if the specified batch was (or may have been) created by another thread.
        Parameters:
        batch - an existing batch
        Returns:
        the context of the resumed batch

      • suspendBatch

        B suspendBatch()
        Suspends a batch.
        Returns:
        the previously active batch, or null if there was no active batch
