priority

default int priority()

Determine the priority for the resolver. As resolvers are loaded using the ServiceLoader the order is not deterministic and it may change depending on the operating system.

Returns:

the priority

supports

boolean supports(URI uri)

Check if this resolver supports the given URI.

Parameters:

uri - the uri

Returns:

true if the resolver supports the URI

resolve

List<SocketAddress> resolve(URI uri)

Resolve the uri.

Parameters:

uri - the uri

Returns:

a list of EquivalentAddressGroup
