Artifact	An artifact that has been dropped into one watched directory.

DirectoryWatcher	-DirectoryWatcher- This class runs a background task that checks a directory for new files or removed files.
FileInstall	This clever little bundle watches a directory and will install any jar file if finds in that directory (as long as it is a valid bundle and not a fragment).
JarDirUrlHandler	A URL handler that can jar a directory on the fly
Scanner	A Scanner object is able to detect and report new, modified and deleted files.
