Acceptance of Terms
By registering an application with this Service, you are confirming that you have read and
understood these API Terms of Use and the User Terms and will respect and abide by them. If
your use of the Service breaches any of these terms, your Service Contract may be revoked
without notice.
Security of Your API Key
Make sure you look after your API Key. If your key is lost or stolen, or if you believe that
your key has been used without your permission, please notify an administrator immediately.
Changes to the Service
Unless otherwise indicated by an apiman administrator, the policies configured for the
Service and Plan cannot be modified after a Contract has been created. Services can be
retired (and new versions created) but not modified. You should feel confident that this
Service Contract will not change.
Ownership
You hereby acknowledge that, as between you and the Service Provider, all rights, title and
interest, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights, in and to the
Service, any and all documentation provided by the Service connection therewith, are owned
by the Service Provider.
