byte[]	getBuf() Returns the underlying buffer.
int	getLength() Length bytes, starting from offset, within the underlying byte[] (as returned by getBuf() are owned by this buffer instance.
int	getOffset() Returns the offset within the underlying byte[] (as returned by getBuf() owned by this buffer instance.
