    Represents change request status. OPEN: when the CR is created. ACCEPTED: when the changes are accepted and merged. REJECTED: when reviewers have rejected the changes. REVERTED: when the CR was accepted and then reverted. REVERT_FAILED: when an attempt to revert the CR has failed. CLOSED: when an open CR is closed.
