The <rich:togglePanelItem> component is a switchable panel for use with the <rich:togglePanel> component. Use
the <rich:togglePanelItem> component to define the content for a panel using nested components. Switching between <rich:togglePanelItem>
components is handled by the <rich:toggleControl> behavior.
